RESUMO

Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar como ocorre o processo de identização de professores de Educação Física em início de carreira docente. Participaram 13 professores de Educação Física iniciantes na docência em escolas públicas, que responderam um questionário com perguntas abertas, versando sobre o processo de construção do tornar-se professor. Os resultados mostram que o confronto entre o real e o ideal fomenta a construção da identidade docente. Este movimento embasa a prática educativa através da reflexão sobre o cotidiano escolar, no fazer pedagógico.

ABSTRACT:

This study aimed to identify how the process occurs identisation of Physical Education teachers beginning their teaching career. 13 teachers of Physical Education in teaching beginners in public schools to complete a questionnaire with open questions, concerning the construction process of becoming a teacher. The results show that the confrontation between the real and the ideal fosters the construction of teacher identity. This move underpins educational practice through reflection on the school, in pedagogical practice.
