Legislação e formação de professores: os reflexos no meio educacional

Resumo

O estudo objetivou analisar de que forma os compromissos políticos e educacionais frente à legislação vigente se relacionam com as discussões sobre a formação de professores. A metodologia foi uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo documental. Percebemos que o professor é visto por um novo ângulo, com um trabalho de qualidade visando a melhoria da educação. Desta forma, com as leis o professor passa a ter o direito e a oportunidade de uma formação, pois é importante que esse acompanhe as contínuas mudanças. Um problema ainda não solucionado é a ‘epidemia da desmotivação’ dos professores que por estarem estabilizados não buscam melhorias e nem mudanças em sua formação. Assim, concluímos que apesar das conquistas já alcançadas na relação entre leis vigentes e educação, há muito a ser feito quando se trata de formação de professores, já que muitos resistem a estas mudanças ou não tiveram oportunidades de buscar a atualização.

Legislation and formation of teachers:the reflection in educational environment

Abstract

The study aims at analyzing how the political and educational commitments of the current legislation are related to the discussions about teacher formation. As a documentary qualitative research, it shows that the teacher is seen from a new perspective, with a quality work aimed at improving education.Thus, laws shall give the right and opportunity for teachers to develop their professional education, since it is important that they be continuously updated with changes in this area. Teachers’ increasingde motivation is still an unsolved problem due to their permanent worksituation and lack of formation improvement and change. The results haveshown that, despite the gains already achieved in the relation of laws and education, there is much to be done when it comes to teacher formation since many resist these changes or have not had opportunities to getupdated knowledge.
